Kombucha is produced by fermenting tea using a SCOBY - symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast.
This is what gives it the probiotic qualities and healthy enzymes that soothe the belly and heal the gut.
Our primary focus is quality. We only use real fruit and real spices, our 'booch' tastes like the flavours on the bottle because that's exactly what it is. No nasty add in's, just pure authentic kombucha goodness.
