Ouzo Mix

Description

Crush slightly and add to 1 – 2 liters of neutral spirit leave for around 24 hours. Pour it all into an air still and run, discard the first 50ml to 100ml than collect down to 55% ABV coming off the still. Water down to your preferring strength ~40% ABV is recommended and add 30g of sugar or to your taste. There you have it, a very acceptable Ouzo, enjoy over ice and watching it louching.
